Returns & Refunds

We are sorry if any of the products you purchased did not meet your expectations.

We will try to make the return procedure as friendly as possible for you. Procedure described below will speed up process but it is not mandatory.

 

Below you will find a few steps to help us process your return:

  1. In the package you received there was a return form - Fill it in with your details, account number, and order number. - You will find it in the e-mail with confirmation of purchase or after logging in the shop in the shopping history.
  2. Place the completed form in the parcel together with the original proof of purchase and the goods to be returned. 
  3. Put the return sticker with the purchase number on the parcel - it will help us speed up your processing.
  4. Where items have been repaired or serviced and indicated as such it is not possible to receive entire refund where customer refuses of laboured repairs using consumables making corrections.
  5. Customer will remain primary but allow DIVE80CUFT opportunity to make right where mistakes are made, and accepted by DIVE80CUFT.
  6. DIVE80CUFT reserves the right to accept servicing or upgrading items but where client provides parts it is upon the client to understand that it cannot be guaranteed that parts ‘fit’.
  7. Any parts provided to DIVE80CUFT are responsible to client - not DIVE80CUFT. Ie explains they are difficult to fit together - client accepts best efforts will be made. PERFECTION IS NOT GUARANTEED on provided parts by client.
  8. Client will accept costs where request made for reimbursement is made for initial work, if they decide to desist in services rendered.

10. In the event of refund please allow upto 10 days for funds to be sent back the way they came. (example funds must be returned to same method and or card).

11. Returns are applicable upto 30 days of receipt.

12.Items that are used or faulty must be reported as soon as possible to ascertain quality control.
